TO WHERE YOU ARE

Who can say for certain, maybe you're still here
I feel you all around me, your memory's so clear.
Deep in the stillness I can hear you speak.
You are still an inspiration.  Can it be?
That you are forever an angel and you're watching over me from above?
Fly me up to where you are beyond the distant star.
I wish upon tonight to see you smile.  If only for awhile to know you're there, a
breath away is not far to where you are.
Are you gently sleeping here inside my dreams? And is it faith believing all power
can be seen? As my heart holds you just one beat away, I cherish all you gave me
every day.
Cause you are forever my angel watching me from above, and I believe that
angels grieve and that love will live on and never leave.
Fly me up to where you are – beyond the distant star. I wish upon tonight to see
you smile.  If only for a while to know you’re there.  A breath away is not far to
where you are.  I know you’re there.  A breath away is not that far to where you
are.
The truth is out there..
But covered up,
And with God's help...

Carrie has been missing for almost (9) years now.
I get many letters from people who express their concern and sympathy for the Culberson family,
mostly after a television program airs about her case. I've decided to replace the Words for Carrie
Section for the Online Vigil. If you'd like to submit a poem, or thought or angel, please email me @

please specify in your email message.
Some of the material for this vigil was obtained from a previous memorial held on the (1) one year
anniversary of Carrie's disappearance. Some authors are not visible to protect their privacy.

Can you hear me? I am the sound of your heart beating. Can you feel
me?
I am the touch of the warm ocean breeze. Can you see me? I am the
spring rain falling soft to the ground. Can you smell me? I am the rose
bed
just outside your window. Can you find me? I am inside your heart and
soul. I am never far away. I am right around the corner in your mind. I
am not lost. I am not scared. I am not in pain. But I worry for you. I
worry you miss me to much. You do not have to miss me. I am always
with
you. When the wind blows and your face turns red, That is just me
kissing your cheek. When the rain falls and your hair is all wet, That is
just me cleansing your soul. When darkness falls and the stars are
bright
in the sky, That is just me smiling at you. When your heart breaks from
pain and sorrow, I am quit to mend it for you. For when as much as you

miss me, How far away I seem, I am here for you. Do not cry for me.
Smile for me. I am happy, And I want you to be too. I love you.
